All/Family Classes
Our Family Classes are fun and enjoyable for everyone! Learn Basic Self Defense while getting in shape at the same time. Kids and adults are in this class and we enjoy educating and entertaining (Edutainment) the kids while teaching the adults how to teach and interact with their children. Anyone can attend the Family Class as long as they are willing to have fun and learn at the same time! You don’t have to have a kid to bring out the kid in you!
